Convention Services Coordinator (AM/Flexible Shift) – Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Convention Services Managers with all areas of convention planning while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Must be able to multitask and prioritize department needs to meet deadlines, and maintain confidential information. They must approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner while adhering to company standards. Must be able to show initiative, including, but not limited to, anticipating guests and operational needs as well as perform other duties requested by management. Must be able to assist with generating correspondence for multiple departments and have knowledge of different events within the department. 

Must have a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. At least 2 years of Convention experience is required. Must have strong computer and communication skills. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
