In this position, you will:
- Contact newly enrolled business partners and provide instructional information with regards to their payment solutions merchant account
- Ensure Business Account activation
- Train and guide new business partners on how to navigate the payment solutions portal
- Ensure new business partners have a thorough understanding of Business Center, Marketing with financing and Coaching their associates
- Educate on the benefits associated with being a payment solutions partner and how these relate to their business growth potential
- Meet account activation requirements while providing a professional business experience
- Develop and foster positive business relationships
- Establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of business markets
- Provide business partners with appropriate and accurate information
- Generate incremental revenue for client partners
- Be open to coaching for continuous performance improvement
- Process orders that meet the requirements set by the client.
Do you have the following?
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer interaction experience
- Contact Center experience preferred.
- Outbound or B2B experience preferred.
- Financial Service Industry experience an advantage
- Experience training end-users on computer applications an advantage
- High school/GED; college degree a plus or relevant work experience preferred.
- Competency using Microsoft Windows
- Exceptional professional business communication skills and phone etiquette required
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and driven work environment
- SalesForce experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and decision-making abilities in an autonomous environment
