Human Resources Administrative Support Specialist

Seminole State College of Florida has a great full-time opportunity to join our dynamic HR Employment Team as an Administrative Support Specialist! This position delivers front-line operational support for the Office of Human Resources (HR) and serves as the main point of contact for all office visitors.  Provides information and direction to the appropriate functional area and assists candidates with the employment application and hiring process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associates degree in Office Systems Technology or similar curriculum from an accredited institution.
2. One year of administrative or clerical support experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Previous experience in Human Resources including HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
2. Active Florida Notary Public or the ability to obtain such upon hire.
