Quality Control Specialist

Quality Control person in Kissimmee

Shift: 1st shift- Start at 7:30 am (Between 8-10hrs a day)
Monday thru Friday ( weekends may be required as needed)
Pay: $12.00 Per Hour

Job Description:

• Attendance and punctuality is a MUST!!!
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good Math Skills
• Verify that shipper and job matches
• Prepare QC sheet with basic information
• Pull the master sample
• Note exact time job starts and pull line sample
• Inspect material, check appearance and color, perform a test
• Mark any suspected material with stickers, notify the supervisor and notify packaging to set parts aside
• Do not make a final disposition of material until the supervisor has reviewed conditions
• Repeat cycle until all parts have cleared QC
• Once the job is completed and all information should be entered into the appropriate area and the completed paperwork package and forwarded to the office for processing. If the inspection is partial, the paperwork should be stored in the QC area until the balance of the orders clears.

Special Duties

• Fills in on production or maintenance jobs when required in any department replacing absentees, vacations...Etc
• Serves as a relief man to relieve regular employees for work and lunch breaks
• Perform general plant clean-up work
• Does other work as assign by the Supervisor
