Mixer / Blender Production Line Worker - 3rd Shift

Location: Clermont, FL
Rate of Pay: $10.50 Per Hour
Hours: 7:00PM - 7:00AM
40+ hour work week (OT abundant)
Days off will be consecutive, but may not always include the weekend.
Length: Temporary to Permanent position

Operate, clean and maintain production equipment. Control product flow from machine to packaging/boxing area with the highest degree of quality and efficiency. Ensures the safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the production area. Performs duties assigned by the team coordinator or manufacturing Supervisor and ability to attain a hand truck license through OSHA regulated training.

Primary Functions:

• Must have some type of blending or mixing experience (food experience a plus)
• Coordinate with scheduling and filler operator
• Pull appropriate amounts and varieties of product to meet the production schedule.
• Monitor and verify correct brix, etc.
• Clean and sanitize tanks and lines.
• Maintain sanitation and activity logs.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.

Physical Requirements;

• Continuously stand for 2.5 hours
• Perform job for a maximum of 12 hours a day
• Move objects max 60lbs

Will be given testing on Basic Industrial Math
