Banquets Chef (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

Candidate will be responsible for helping manage hotels banquets and catering departments within Culinary. Must be able to assist with recipes, ordering, and helping organize all events. Experience with ADECO and managing multiple cooks at one time is required.
Must have a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience with management in a hotel/convention culinary department of at least 5 years is required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
