Baker - Decorator (AM Shift) - Caribe Royale

Responsible for assisting Culinary department with coordination, preparation, baking, and decorating of desserts, pastries, cakes, and other confections. Experience with production for banquets and catering is required. Candidate must be well-rounded in all aspects of baking and decorating and must be willing to assist with other duties assigned by managers.
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Previous experience of baking and decorating of at least 3 years is required. Hotel bakery is a plus. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
