Assistant Food and Beverage Manager (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

To provide assistance and support to all team members in giving excellent service with courtesy, safety and a smile. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing all F&B outlets to ensure staffing is adequate for all shifts, ensure all side work is completed by team members, help maintain all F&B costs and assist team members in the close out of their shift. Candidate must also be able to help with training for new hires.
At least 5 years of F&B experience is preferred. At least 2 years of management experience is required. Must have a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends. Only applicants that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
