Job Title:             Contract & Regulatory Administrator

Status:                  Full Time/Exempt

Position Summary:

The Contract & Regulatory Administrator is responsible for reviewing and processing contracts in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This position will work with internal and external customers regarding contract terms and deliverables, obtain signatures and document approvals. The Contract administrator will also ensure all contracts are uploaded to Company intranet and maintain contract files. This position is also responsible for ensuring timely filings of all regulatory reports and will act as point of contact for various regulatory agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Prepare contracts, amendments, schedules and other legal documents

·         Review contract requests and existing contracts and advises management of potential issues related to performance, compliance, and termination of contracts

·         Act as liaison with counsel when necessary on contract terms

·         Make decisions on administrative and operational matters as related to compliance with contracts

·         Track status of documents from sales order through fully-executed agreement

·         Coordinate execution of approved documents and distribute documents both internally and externally

·         Summarize and enter contract terms into database

·         Upload executed contracts onto company intranet and maintain contract files

·         Prepare regulatory filing due date calendar and track filings through various departments to ensure timely submissions

·         Act as point of contact for regulatory issues and/or updates, research communication received and distribute appropriately

·         Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

 

·         Master's Degree (MBA) Or Juris Doctor (JD) required

·         Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all parties, internally and externally

·         Identify risk and compliance and act as an influencer with management

·         A minimum of 5 years contract administration experience required, experience within the telecommunications/CATV industry strongly preferred

·         A minimum of 3 years regulatory experience preferred

·         Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

·         Ability to work independently, think analytically, and handle multiple tasks

·         Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

·         Ability to project positive and professional attitude

·         Ability to adapt to a changing industry and dynamic work environment

·         Ability to work well in changing and high pressure situations

·         Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

·         Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

·         Travel will be required
