Manager On Duty (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate must be able to create a positive guest experience while maintaining a positive work environment. Candidate must be aware of the hotel's daily activities regarding conventions, functions, meetings, groups, etc. This position conducts regular property tours, reports any issues or concerns which may need immediate attention. They will ensure proper communication to all departments involved when facing a challenging situation to resolve the situation in a timely manner. Must have excellent verbal, written, computer, and communication skills. Must be proficient in typing, Microsoft Office applications, problem solving techniques, etc.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Resort Manager with a large hotel is required. Must have a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
