Maintenance Technician III (AM Shift) - Caribe Royale

Performs major repairs and performs preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel quality maintenance standards are achieved and maintained. Candidate must also be able to make major repairs to HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and all electrical systems. Also responsible for completing any additional tasks assigned by management. Must respond in a courteous manner to guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure guest satisfaction with a SMILE!
Previous experience with maintenance for hotels of at least 2-3 years is required. Excellent communication skills are required. Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered.
