Assistant Director of Security (Flexible Shift) -  Caribe Royale

The Assistant Director will have to coordinate duties of Loss Prevention Officers and Supervisors to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and their property as well as hotel assets. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, conducting investigations on all missing or damaged property claims, investigating all injury reports, overseeing handling and returning of lost and found property, and ensuring property first aid kits are stocked. Candidate must also ensure property fire extinguishers are in place, inspected and spares are available, oversee and maintain property key control,  maintain a liaison with local fire and law enforcement officials, and oversee proper operation and maintain surveillance equipment.  Will be responsible for overseeing the office in the absence of the Director of Loss Prevention.  Duties will include, but are not limited to, processing payroll, verifying hours worked, checking for correct department codes, and making corrections as needed.  

Previous experience with Security management of at least 3 years is required. Excellent communication and computer skills are required.  Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
