Group Housing Coordinator (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

To assist the Group Housing Department with various duties. Manage all group blocks assigned and assist in monitoring department call volume. Must also be able to assist with any other tasks, as delegated, by Group Services Department, (i.e. contract revisions, group block changes, entering rooming lists, memo completion and distribution, etc.). Must be able to communicate with guests over the phone while answering any questions and/or concerns with positive customer service.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in Group Housing and/or Revenue with a hotel. Experience with DELPHI is a plus. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered.
