The hospital is part of Orlando Health and is supported by the Arnold Palmer Medical Center Foundation. Arnold Palmer Hospital is the first facility in Central Florida to provide emergency care exclusively for pediatrics. The Bert Martins Champions for Children Emergency Department & Trauma Center is part of the areas only Level 1 Trauma Center. Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children provides a full range of services to meet the unique physical, emotional and developmental needs of children.

Arnold Palmer Hospital at Orlando Health is currently seeking an Emergency Medical Services Liaison to join the APH Children's Emergency & Trauma Unit on the day shift. The Emergency Medical Services Liaison is responsible for growing key service line areas as defined by management. Responsible for managing and executing successful implementation of marketing plans and promotions across a wide range of digital and traditional channels to increase engagement, collaboration, and drive volume and growth for Arnold Palmer Hospital.


  • Successfully completed a Paramedic program.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel.


  • Current certification as a Paramedic (PMD) in the State of Florida; and

  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare provider certification; and

  • Maintains current ACLS certification; and

  • Must obtain and maintain PALS certification within one year of hire.


  • 2 years of field experience or directly related work experience.

Essential Functions

  • Functions as an EMS advocate.

  • To develop relationships and generate referrals with community partners.

  • Cultivates and promotes customer service via throughput initiatives.

  • Identify new opportunities for partnering and growth.

  • Performs data validation and integrity functions, including but not limited to, data collection, data entry and custom reporting.
