Our Compensation:

Here at Youfit we structure our compensation to reward our employees for their dedication to client retention, personal growth, and educational development

Compensation Breakdown:

• Private Session compensation between $16 and $27 per hour
• Client retention bonus
• Client management bonus
• Commission on personal sales

What We Look For In Our Fitness Professionals:

• High School or equivalent
• CPR Certified
• Nationally recognized personal training certification
• A desire for personal growth
• Team oriented individual
• Outgoing Personality
• Organized
• Serviced minded

• Be willing to go above and beyond
• Efficient and effective communication skills
• Willing to travel within a 25 mile radius

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and implement training programs - ensure client’s make progress and get results
• Generate sales (create client leads; develop a relationship with the membership base)
• Set and confirm appointments (booking assessments)
• Networking
• Floor pulls
• Retain clientele
• Perform outside marketing if requested by management
• Provide motivation to clients
• Learn and utilize the systems, sciences and tools made available by Youfit
• Lead small group classes where applicable
• Ability to move 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds
