Cru is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and focused team in Orlando. With minimal supervision, you will be expected to keep the schedule of a senior leader, book internal and external meetings, and analyze important memos. You will manage highly confidential and critical information and must demonstrate an ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • At least three years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Extremely organized and great attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, focused, and task oriented disposition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Drive.
  • Strong customer service skills, including verbal/written communication
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships
  • Proficient at multitasking, able to manage interruptions and last minute changes
  • Ability to handle confidential information and raise issues when appropriate

FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Manage the busy daily schedule of assigned senior leader, assisting them with a variety of administrative and clerical functions
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, changing schedules when necessary
  • Review and proof documents, records, and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to applicable rules and policies
  • Maintain budget balances and monitor expenditures
  • Take initiative to look for ways to improve processes and procedures
  • Attend training classes to increase knowledge of software programs, time management, and other relevant skills
