This fast growing Insurance Network is opening a new office in Lutz that support brokers throughout California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, Washington and Arizona

Our client writes both personal and commercial lines nationally and represents more than 60 insurance carriers. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their organization. This opportunity has excellent growth potential and the ability to mentor less experienced team members.

The position hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property and casualty insurance products and the ability to mentor less experienced staff
• Resides within a commutable distance from Lutz, FL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of the Ezlynx rating and management system is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance carriers like Allied, Safeco, Mapfre, and Travelers is a plus
• 4-40 minimum and 2-20 preferred Property & Casualty license
