MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Set up and maintenance of new Employer group plans  
  • Provides Support to assigned groups for new hires/terminations, payroll files and as needed
  • Informs groups by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Develops a deep understanding of assigned groups plans, needs & expectations. 
  • Performs responsibilities within the Service Level Agreement & Statement of Work as it relates to customers.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Other Duties as assigned 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred. 

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: 

  • Minimum 1-3 years Customer Service required. 
  • Experience in customer service for consumer directed healthcare services, specifically support for Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Flexible Savings Accounts and Wellness Incentive Programs preferred.
  • Customer service experience in highly regulated markets such as financial services, investment management, or healthcare required.  Experience in financial services is preferred. Knowledge of bank back office operations highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure or when unexpected issues arise.
  • Experience using customer service center technology including customer relationship management systems like SalesForce.com’s “SupportForce”
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, including: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
