Alegeus seeks a Product Manager to join their dedicated and passionate Product Development team. As a key team member, this position will be a subject matter expert for existing product lines, manage the product road-map and define future product enhancements. The role will also lead in the design and roll-out of new products. Success in this position hinges on self-motivation, attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and partners. 

Major Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Strategy and Innovations to:
o Define the product road-map
o Prioritize backlog
o Validate potential partners

• Define new products, features and functionality, by:
o Gathering business requirements from internal stakeholders and customers
o Writing functional design documents
o Writing use cases / user stories
o Collaborate with Development and QA teams
o Lead product release and roll-out, ensuring delivery of all related artifacts

• Work with other business groups including Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Software Development to assist with product questions and serve as subject matter expert

• Support client services and account teams:
o Communicate product road-map
o Provide triage feedback
o Confirm product functional expectations

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Higher (Masters preferred)
• 2-5 Product Development or Product Management experience required
• Consumer Directed Healthcare experience or knowledge preferred

• A demonstrated track record for accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines, excellent attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships successfully in a cross-functional team environment is critical for this position
• Proven ability to make decisions, positively influence others and thrive in an evolving environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to re-prioritize across multiple projects
