POSITION OBJECTIVE
Assist the Executive Chef in directing the functions of the steward operations. Responsible for maintenance of cleaning equipment, inventory of all china, glass and silver, and overseeing the daily shifts of the stewarding staff.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Maintain on time delivery of clean and sanitized equipment to requisitioning department 
•Responsible for the cleanliness of all back of the house 
•Control the use, movement and storage of hazardous cleaning chemicals and compressed gasses
•Ensure cleanliness of all food and beverage areas
•Guidance and supervision of EDR (Employee Dining Room)
•Assist management in Controlling Operational & Labor Costs
•Oversee Sanitation and HACCP documentation
•Create professional working relationships amongst all Reunion employees 
•Attend/Conduct Meetings including : Daily Catering (as needed), Weekly F&B, Monthly department 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
•High School Diploma or equivalent required
•3 years of previous Stewarding (or related) experience in a Hotel/Resort or Club environment

SPECIAL SKILLS
•Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
•Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
•Must be a self-motivator and motivator of others
•Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
•Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
•Must have mathematical skills
•Sanitation and HACCP proficiency
•Must be computer literate and able to perform basic computer functions
•Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
•Be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 40 lbs
•Be able to work in a hot, cold, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
