Shuttle Driver - Part Time

POSITION OBJECTIVE
•Drives company vehicles including; minibus, van, and/or town car to transport guests, members, or company personnel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Drives vehicle from on-property locations to selected passenger destinations on Reunion property and/or other locations if authorized by Management.
•Must be able to sit in a vehicle for up to 8 hours per day. Walking, standing, and lifting luggage are required the rest of the working day. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day.
•Assist passengers into and out of vehicle. Assist with loading and unloading baggage.
•Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report status of service.
•Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
•Be familiar with hotel facilities, hours of operations, special promotions.
•Work tasks are performed in both and inside and outdoor environment.
•Requires grasping, writing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
•Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
•Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
•Adhere to Resort safety standards.
•Perform additional duties as required by Management and/or business demands.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Previous Guest/Customer service experience preferred.
•Valid FL driver’s license required with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

REQUIREMENTS
•Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
•Require good communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
•Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop. 
•Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time 
•Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds at any given time during a shift.
