Alegeus seeks a Client Reporting Analyst to join their dedicated, passionate team of professionals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze tables to establish knowledge of data for accurate retrieval and use in report writing
Automate or increase efficiency of existing reports
Develop complex SQL queries and reports
Maintain knowledge of testing and database design
Perform other duties as required.
Review and prioritize daily the case volume within the Ad Hoc Query (Custom Reports) Queue. Work with report requester to validate appropriate report specs.
Script job agents via SQL Server Agent.
Test and validate reports to insure accuracy and quality
Troubleshooting MS SQL Stored Procedures, Jobs and Reports
Write queries or stored procedures to extract data
EXPERIENCE:
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical people
Knowledge and experience in relational database concepts
Proficient with Excel and pivot tables, charts, dashboards
Provide accurate estimates for development timelines
Supporting electronic healthcare records from an application analyst or analytics / reporting perspective.
Understanding of a wide range of interpretive analysis tools (e.g. trend analysis, spreadsheets, comparisons, graphs, summary versus detail charts, drill down, correlations)
ACCOUNTABILITIES/PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
Ability to question and eyeball data quality in reports
Design and develop high quality, high performing data SQL queries
