Warehouse Shipping Receiving Person

Manufacturing and Distribution Company is seeking an individual for Warehouse-Shipping and Receiving position.

DUTIES:

• Will be responsible for pulling and packing orders (requires attention to detail; good math skills)

• Will break down pallets; palletizing pallets for shipments including using shrink wrap machine and banding of pallets.

• Will be unloading containers and trucks; receiving/QC freight

• Load trucks and containers

• Provide inventory counts monthly and as needed (requires attention to detail; good math skills)

• With attention to detail, will process shipments truck and small package with carrier software; schedule pickups

REQUIREMENTS:

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving experience

• Must have current forklift certification

• Must have current reach truck certification

• Computer skills; Experience with FedEx, UPS, freight company software, e-mail

• Need to be able to read and write English

• Good math skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions with different customer’s requirements for shipments

• Able to lift 50 pounds

• Able to be a team player

• Positive Attitude

• Dependable

• Valid Driver’s License (with good driving record)

• Must have Clear Background Check

Salary: $13.00- $15.00

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Term: Fulltime - Hire
