This role is responsible for the administration, compliance, and communication of Medical Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), Retirement Plans (403(b), 401(a), 457(b), Fidelity), Income Protection Programs (Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability), and Voluntary Benefits (Legal Plan, Supplemental Programs).

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, Master's preferred, CEBS or CBP certification preferred, advanced knowledge of benefit management practices and HRIS systems, advanced knowledge and skills in MS Excel, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-time benefit analyst role, advanced analytical skills, excellent detail orientation and accuracy skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
