About the Product Team:

You will be working on the product team which guides, shapes, and tests a suite of trusted digital tools and help deliver the best quality products which empower like-minded believers and engages the lost.  None of our team has ended up here by chance. All our staff have made clear choices to answer God’s call in their lives leaving successful positions in various industries to pull together and preach Christ through digital solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning, coordinating and conducting testing sessions for major releases and new products

• Creating and tracking QA requests and bug reports in Jira, working closely with product managers, designers and engineering

• Creating automated test scripts

• Testing Digital Products on multiple platforms

• Providing guidance on QA methodologies and processes

• Participate in Project team meetings and Scrums

• Working with other QA testers

• Helping to build our maturity in testing and software quality

Skills you need to have:

• Knowledge of software testing techniques for Web, Desktop, and Mobile products

• Detail-oriented self-starter who can keep track and advance multiple activities at the same time – knowing when to push forward and when to ask for help

• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycles

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, while building strong relationships and positively influencing stakeholders and team

• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Innovative thinking with a capacity to accurately and articulately document information

Requirements:

• Living in or willing to relocate to Orlando, Florida

• Bachelor's degree and/or at least 7 years of IT experience which includes managing teams and analyzing and testing data.
