SUMMARY
The Advancement Coordinator provides executive administrative support to the Global Representative Team Manager and the Global Representatives (GR’s), works with the GR’s to manage and provide quarterly appeals and other resource needs, helps with CRM input and training and ensures all “moves-management” for the GR’s is current.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide executive administrative support to the Global Rep Team Leader and the Global Representatives.
- Coordinate and prepare Peer-to-Peer event resources and quarterly documents
- Monitor the Moves Management processes of the Global Reps in the CRM. This includes tracking activities and results.
- Assist the Global Rep Team Leader in events and scheduling on-site team meetings, including all logistics
- Ensures the Global Rep Team members submit monthly expense reports.
- Trains Global Rep’s in all aspects of operations, software systems, forms and policies
- Participates in all required training, briefings, conferences, team meetings, devotions, and department activities.
- Provide administrative assistance with Histories Handful as needed by the Global Rep Team.
- Manages the Mid-Level database and all reports as well as personalized “Thank you” calls, notes, and touches.
DATA AND SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT:
- Maintains current records in the approved CRM database for all contacts in the Global Representative Team portfolios/caseloads.
- Helps manage and maintain donor and prospect portfolios for all Global Representatives, and complete specific data and query requests.
- Review all giving reports daily to confirm proper coding of donations; gather information and communicate appropriate action points to Global Representative Team Leader, Donation Services and other ministry representatives. Track and ensure completion of any action points.
- Prepare regular activity and income progress reports as determined by the Global Advancement Director, and the Global Representative Team Manager.
- Research any misdirected donations or any unresolved donation issues and informs the Global Representative Team Manager.
- Process and ensure correct designation coding for all donations sent to Lake Hart and provide appropriate information to the Global Advancement Director of Operations so donations received are directed to the correct ministry.
- Helps the Global Representative Team manage all giving commitments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Intermediate database manipulation skills are essential along with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively and efficiently handle multiple projects and provide support for the team in this fast-paced environment. It is essential that this person be a team player with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree plus 3-5 years of related experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
