This is a highly professional individual with good all around culinary experience. This person is lead material and is able to, not only perform daily tasks as an all around highly qualified culinary chef, but is able to lead by example in sanitation, presentation, following recipes, and producing quality food. Able to work any station in the kitchen when necessary in the Banquets department. Must have knowledge of working with various types of food. Must be able to complete any additional tasks assigned by management while maintaining a positive attitude. 

Culinary or kitchen experience of 2-3 years with a Banquets hotel is required. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. Only candidates that meet above qualifications will be considered.
