Job Responsibilities:

• Completes repairs and performs preventative maintenance to ensure hotel quality and maintenance standards are achieved
• Performs general repairs to in-house plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, etc.
• Refurbishes furniture and fixtures within the hotel such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and counters.

Job Qualifications:

• Requires basic knowledge of general repairs, electric & plumbing.
• Requires guest interaction when responding to guest questions, requests, and/or complaints, so the ideal candidate must be friendly and courteous! Must be flexible to complete any assigned tasks for management with a SMILE!
• Previous maintenance experience with a hotel of at least 1 year is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
