The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, computer, and communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Will be responsible for all recruiting needs including, but not limited to, screening applications and resumes, phone pre-screens, interviewing candidates, processing new hires, and developing new recruitment strategies to attract high caliber candidates. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management within the hotel in order to properly facilitate the needs of each department. Being able to network, and create relationships throughout the community to develop a robust talent pool is also an important aspect of this position. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for performing routine administrative functions to support the Human Resources office while maintaining a positive work environment and a SMILE!
Previous experience within Human Resources and Recruiting of at least 2 years is required. Experience with hotels is preferred. Excellent computer and communication skills are required. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
