The Los Angeles Film School is seeking online instructors to teach in our online entertainment business and music business degree programs.
Online instructors must be located in Los Angeles, CA or Orlando, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as instructor for assigned courses
- Ensure successful student attainment of learning outcomes
- Provide excellent and timely student support
- Conduct live synchronous online sessions weekly
- Conduct weekly virtual online office hours for student support
- Develop and/or revise curriculum according to course design standards
- Maintain accurate academic records, including grades and student communications
- Utilize student feedback to continuously improve course instruction and make curriculum recommendations
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proven competency using Microsoft Office, Apple, and Windows software environments, and other industry-related software.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, marketing, media, entertainment, music, or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Must have at least 4 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry.
- Must have prior online teaching experience.
