Appointment Setter

FAS Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced appointment setting specialist! The successful appointment setter will maintain a warm, friendly and helpful demeanor while answering phones, inputting information into a computer and setting appointments.  Must be a quick learner!  Previous construction experience or Window & Door experience is preferred.  Preference will be given to an experienced appointment setter or telemarketer.  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.  Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethics when performing your job.  Must be reliable. 

Compensation is hourly plus commission on all set appointments.  This is a full time position and shifts are during the day, Monday-Saturday.  You will work alternating Saturdays – one week you will work Friday and the next week you will work Saturday, along with other hours during the week..       

We offer a competitive earnings package, including a generous time off policy and a professional work environment.  You must be 18 years of age or older and possess English language skills. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
