Customer Service Specialist needed IMMEDIATELY for a Public Adjuster in Maitland, FL. This is contract with a potential for perm placement.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is mainly answering calls from potential customers and scheduling appointments.
Returning calls to get additional information on claims, etc. (No cold calling).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Good phone skills, must be comfortable talking on the phone and asking questions, etc.
2+ Years of customer service experience
PREFERENCES:
Background in Insurance or Construction
