Sales Agent - Remote - Personal Lines - Will Train!

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced 220-, or 2044-Florida licensed personal lines agent to join our team. We are a family-run agency who takes pride in our community. We are a fast-paced office. We strive to always provide outstanding customer service, and we always try to do the best we can for our clients.

Duties Include:
•Inside P&C sales (auto, home, mobile home, etc.)
•Cross selling existing customers with additional lines of business
•Service existing book of business
•Providing excellent customer service
•Relationship building

There are no high-pressure sales, no quotas, and no cold calling.
Possibility of working remotely – must have reliable, high speed internet

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
State of Florida insurance license – either 220, or 2044

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Positive attitude; outstanding work ethic; dependable; detail oriented; customer focused; professional appearance and demeanor; proficient with Microsoft Word and other technology; must have the ability to multi-task

Benefits: Health Insurance – we pay for half of employee’s premium; Retirement Plan - we match part of employee’s contribution; Holiday Pay – we are closed for most major holidays but you are still paid; Vacation – no vacation days the 1st year, 5 days the 2nd year, 10 days years 3 – 5, and 15 days years 6+; flexible time off for doctor’s appts, etc. (within reason).

Salary: $30,000 to $35,000 based on experience plus commissions (unlimited potential – reasonable expectation up to $10,000 per year)
