Job Description:
- Monitor and log all incoming nominations
- Contact prospective incoming exchange students and provide admissions information
- Collect and review documents from incoming students for accuracy and validity
- Contact Undergraduate Admission to request matriculation of student's record
- Contact Registrar's office to request appointment times
- Coordinate with the UCF Health Service office to submit health insurance and immunization documentation
- Collect and provide all documentation necessary for UCF Global to process the DS-2019
- Coordinate the registration of classes with multiple colleges and departments
- Coordinate housing arrangement with multiple sites
- Assist with incoming exchange orientation
- Other duties as assigned

Hourly Rate:
$ 15.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma and 4 years of appropriate experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience collaborating across multiple departments or areas
- Experience working in higher education
- Reporting experience, including working knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail
- Well organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
