Job Description:
The Employee Records Specialist II will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving high volume of Electronic Personnel Action (ePAF) forms in a deadline-driven environment.
- Validating Hire/Rehire onboarding documents ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Communicating and following-up with hiring departments about paperwork discrepancies.
- Data Entry within PeopleSoft
- Running queries and validating date within PeopleSoft
- Providing high level of customer service to hiring departments and employees including on-going support and resolution to internal users of the ePAF system.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer candidate with 4+ years Human Resources' high volume processing experience.
- Strong customer service, time management, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Perform work quickly and accurately with attention to detail in high volume, deadline driven environment.
- Knowledge of I-9 regulations and employment practices.
- Computer skills including Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Power Point.
- Experience working in Human Capital Management within PeopleSoft 9.2, I-9 Express, and PageUp Talent Management.
- Adapts to a changing environment and workload.
