Who is the future Controller at Regal: 
As the Controller at Regal, you will lead the accounting department and be a strategic partner to leadership in the financial area. A strong candidate is expected to contribute to process improvements by serving as a steward of internal financial controls and is responsible for all accounting operations of the organization. Efforts are expected to improve profitability through lean operation methods and contribute in-depth financial knowledge to the manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate is a person who possesses strong attention to detail that is hands-on and willing to get on the manufacturing floor to gather data and drive process improvements. The strategic thinker will have deep analytical ability, strong operational focus, and the ability to collaborate with senior management to build consensus around expense control and risk management.

A Certified Management Accountant or Certified Public Accountant is required for this position.
