Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides mental and behavioral health services as well as child welfare case management services for children, adolescents and adults, whose needs are extra ordinary. As a Accounts Payable Support, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices and ensure timely payments of p-card and credit card purchases, vendors and stipends to foster care clients and caregivers.  This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to review and validate information, and the ability to work quickly while multitasking and meeting deadlines.

This position will start at our AP department located by the Orlando International airport and will have the potential of a hybrid position post training.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:  

• 1+ years Accounts payable experience required
• Previous Oracle experience preferred

Other:

• Must be over 21 and have a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.  Devereux requires all employees to obtain the annual Influenza Vaccine.
