Some Job Duties Include:

  • Manage staff payroll (PEO)
  • Manage company AR / AP (check deposits, invoice payments)
  • Coordinate office activities: calls, mail etc.
  • Assist principles in their daily tasks and jobs duties
  • Schedule facilities maintenance and organization
  • Place office supply orders
  • Facilitate employee acknowledgments & recognition
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding processes
  • Coordinate internal company events & trade show logistics
  • Oversee website testing
  • Attend job fairs and other company events
