JOB SUMMARY: Oversees and provides leadership to the daily operation and is the first point of contact for Team Members, guests and interdepartmental partners. Monitors the operation and provides operating direction on the proper usage of equipment, chemicals, and supplies within the work disciplines of shops, floor care, utility and warehouse duties to Team Members. Accountable for daily labor budgets, quality, regulatory, performance, and development in assigned area.


  • Responsible for daily operation, daily staffing levels, and updating route sheets. Communicates pertinent operational updates and pass downs between shifts. Maintains overtime reports, labor reports, cleanliness checklists and housekeeping inspections. Monitors and reports deficiencies in park quality and facilities. Aids in the dissemination of general company and venue or area specific forms of communication.
  • Coaches and documents performance utilizing Lead Observation reports. Responsible for the consistent execution of guest service, operational standards, and motivating Team Members to safely perform job tasks. Communicates and reinforces company and venue specific expectations.
  • Acts as a liaison to the scheduler to ensure route sheets are up to date, schedules and maintains ongoing departmental training, and oversees Resort projects and floors calendars. Reviews and edits Kronos to ensure that time is properly entered based on job codes and functional area.
  • Provides work direction to Team Members in the oversight of proper equipment usage, making sure all equipment is operated within the appropriate safety guidelines. Oversees Mechanic and fleet management (i.e. M-i-TM, Tractor, Sweeper Truck, Billy Goat, and Ez-Go). Orders and maintains supplies via the warehouse and hotlist. Maintains and reviews equipment and safety checklists daily. Conducts shift meetings and safety spot talks.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High School degree or GED is required.

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years of entry level leadership position or equivalent combination of education and experience.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Experience with floor care, pressure washing, and high reach equipment preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred.
