Opportunities are currently available for Assistant Supervisors, Supervisors and Managers in the following departments:

— Food & Beverage / Culinary

— Merchandise

— Park Quality

— Park Operations

As a Manager/Supervisor you will play an important part in our team by following all organizational policies and applicable laws regarding hiring, interviewing, and training ambassadors; while carrying other responsibilities including planning, assigning, directing, and resolving problems.
 

What You Get to Do:

— Create schedules and maintains timeline reports

— Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports

— Address complaints and resolve problems

— Plan, assign, and direct work

— Order and maintain products and supplies

— Enter notifications for any needed repairs to keep facility maintained and up to standards

— Record the day’s events in a communication log

— Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements, expectations and needs

— Occasionally assist other location and areas throughout the park as needed

— Responsible for the development of Assistant Supervisors, OJTs, and ambassadors by providing training, feedback, and coaching

— Ensure a safe environment for all team members, and guests

— Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures

— Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the park, conduct quality inspections of assigned areas, and follow up on any opportunities to improve

— Coordinate the execution of department activities and park schedule to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction and park quality.

— Investigate accidents with guest and or ambassadors.

What it Takes to Succeed:

— Excellent written/verbal communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of guests and team members

— Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

— Able to positively interact with park guests and coworkers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or languages, and individuals with special needs

— Ability to self-motivate as well as motivate ambassadors

— Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

— Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues

— Theme Park experience preferred

— Have strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

— Comfortable with exposure to noise and vibrations

— Able to remain calm and professional during challenging situations

— Skilled in organization and planning

— Strong attention to detail

— Ability to manage several projects concurrently

— Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from ambassadors, customers, and regulatory agencies.
