Accountant / Bookkeeper

Job Requirements:

- Manage 30 Quick books

- Pay recurring bills

- Manage properties insurances

- Data entry and administrative duties

- Manage monthly AP and AR processes

- Compute and file sales tax

- Pay property taxes

- Maintain rental reports

- Preparation of various reports

- Maintaining accurate P&L and Balance sheet

- Miscellaneous duties assigned

- Preparing financials to submit to CPA as well as reviewing draft tax returns before filing

What the company needs in an Accountant:

- Bachelors of Accounting or Finance

- Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication tactics

- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Thorough knowledge of accrual and cash basis of accounting

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Solid understanding of bookkeeping

- QuickBooks experience

- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

-Experience in Taxation (individual and partnership level)

-Experience in Real Estate Accounting
