USMDG invites bids for independent contractor to provide daily mail delivery for the following:

Location: Orlando, FL
Frequency: Daily (six days per week, excluding Sundays and Federal holidays)
Pick-Up: Does include pick-up from local Post Office Zip Code 32826
Packages: Does include packages
Anticipated Contract Start Date: 12/1/2022

Time of Day to Complete: AM/PM

USMDG is inviting independent contractors to bid for contract to deliver mail 6 days a week position for a single location in Orlando, FL. Contract settlements to be processed and paid twice monthly.

Bidders must have close proximity to University of Central Florida and reliable transportation to be considered.

A recently awarded route in Orlando, FL consisted of 600 mailboxes and one location for an annual settlement range of $14,000 to $16,000.

This contract requires an extremely accurate, professional contractor. Mail
sorting/delivery experience considered but not required to bid. Bidding period open and
contract begins soon. Bids should not be itemized, instead bid amount must be a flat
rate that already include all potential expenses and costs, such as consider mileage,
average time utilized, fuel costs, supplies, and back-up contractor to complete mail
delivery services.

Professional support staff available 6 days-per-week to answer questions and review
bids. Online invoice submission via website, and timely settlement processing (on the
1st and 16th of every month). Full accounting team to manage settlement questions.

mail delivery routes for clients operating in 13 US states and 30+ US cities.
