Line Cook - Full time

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is currently seeking quality, energetic and professional personalities to join the team of the 29th ranked Platinum Club of the World.

This position for an Experienced Line Cook will offer our Members and guests the very best quality in food preparation and plating in an array of dining outlets. Applicants are expected to display the highest standards in work ethic, performance, appearance and a positive attitude in all interactions with Members and staff alike.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to accurately and efficiently preparing meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products, as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Applications should be attentive to the Isleworth standards of service which emphasizes final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked and hot items. Applications will be expected to learn and execute frequent new recipes and properly serve as a senior-ranking cook in the kitchen.
