NATURE OF WORK:
Oversee data and supporting document collection and entry of all data deliverables for all Kidz Zone Sites. Collaborate with PKZ Youth Development Coordinator to meet all Data Deliverable collection, input and deadlines. Collaborate with feeder schools to request and collect all student data for deliverable submission.
WORK HOURS: This is a seasonal position. The hours will be 9:00AM - 1:00PM. Examples of Duties
- Register all student data and demographics into ETO Reports for all sites
- Enter Attendance daily for all sites
- Enter Pre/Post Data into ETO Reports quarterly
- Enter student grades into ETO Reports quarterly
- Enter Surveys into ETO Reports

High school diploma or equivalent required. An associates or bachelor's degree in business, administration or non-profit preferred. Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent in related field preferred. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – particularly of Excel Spreadsheets required. Proficient in email communication; fast and accurate typist. Strong written and verbal communication skills and accurate and precise attention to detail. Excellent time management skills; self-directed and able to work without supervision. Understands data confidentiality. Learn and become proficient with the ETO Reports online reporting software system.
