Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Weapons Datalink Engineering Lead to support a development program with the development and integration of a datalink into a missile platform.
The lead engineer will be responsible for the oversight of the design, development, and integration the datalink subsystem. The lead is responsible for all engineering scope through all development phases of the program including flight testing and leading a multi-discipline engineering team.
The engineer will coordinate with customer counterparts and datalink subsystem suppliers. The engineer must be able to lead a supplier and an integrated product team for all aspects of development and integration.
Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active DoD Secret clearance
- Strong understanding of weapon datalink systems and integration
- Demonstrated experience leading a multi-discipline engineering team
- Ability to support travel to supplier
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- Experience with supplier management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
