Description:This job consists of system-level electrical and mechanical assembly on single-bay racks and consoles as well as assembly and integration of ground and flight simulators. May have to disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and sub-assemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings and procedures. Must be able to build complex assemblies using drawings or detailed work instructions. Successful candidate must have strong defect recognition skills and the ability to interact with peers and support team to improve build processes. Proficiency in cable routing per interconnect diagrams and drawings is required.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience building system-level assemblies, such as automated test stations or simulators. Experience working with Operations Excellence Teams (OETs) to identify process improvements. Experience working on manufacturing flow lines with multiple team members. Experience travelling and interacting with both internal and external customers.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
