Description:• Primary responsibility is to lead supply support design and implementation activities on a large DOD contract.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of ILS disciplines related to aerospace, simulation and training
• Experience with performance based metrics and how those metrics relate to sustainment core competencies (Spares, Repairs, Tech Orders, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Depot)
• Maintains and implements the Integrated Support Plan (ISP) and subordinate documents
• Coordinates Team efforts for all Support System-focused Mandated System Reviews and Lockheed Martin participation in Approved
• Provides ILS support planning, requirements and resource analysis to meet contractual obligations
• Responsible for Support System Constituent Capability (Operating Support, Engineering Support, Maintenance Support, Supply Support, and Training support) design
• Oversees non-pilot training, to include support system training and certification regime
• Oversees supply support design and implementation activities
• Maintains Life Cycle Cost model
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working in multi-functional teams
- Proposal and program experience across design and sustainment business models
- Experience in analysis and product development in the majority of the DoD defined ILS elements
- Sustainment strategy and solution development experience with the end result a PBL
- Project management experience including CAM, EVM, program scheduling, requirements management and selloff, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to review and understand contract and system specifications and to develop adequate plans for completion.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Desired Skills:
*Previous experience as a an ILS IPT lead and logistics subject matter expert on various systems acquisition/sustainment DoD programs.
Demonstrated responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance of the logistics portion of a program.
Demonstrated experience as primary customer contact for ILS activities, leading ILSMTs with customer to discuss ILS IPT cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
