The eCASS production PM is responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the eCASS program with special emphasis on customer relationships.

The PM will be a main contact for the Navy customer across the multiple production efforts. The PM will provide direction to the team and coordination with the customer through all phases of the eCASS program which includes Full Rate Production, future Engineering Change Proposals, and Planned Product Development/Improvement.

The PM will support strategic growth initiatives to support the LRP including competitive captures. The PM will foster relationships with our key suppliers to ensure execution on existing business, as well as planning for future efforts. The ability to create, maintain and leverage Customer and Supplier relationship will be a priority as this position requires the ability to leverage these relationships to ensure eCASS continues to meet its program and financial commitments.

The PM will participate in the negotiation of contract changes and new scope including ECPs. The PM will coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of new contract scope. The PM duties for eCASS will involve travel.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experienced professional of Program / Project Management experience / experience in EVMS and performance metrics.
• Relevant Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience and capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to establish positive customer relationship with Internal LM Executives, USN Customers and Suppliers.
• Experience defining strategy and examining new business markets.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Experience troubleshooting and leading through program performance issues.
• Risk and opportunity management.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse cross functional team which includes both LM employees as well as subcontractors.
•Demonstrated proposal management experience.
• Focus on plans to improve high level of customer satisfaction by establishing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Desired Skills:
• Program Management Level 2 certified or Higher.
• Automated Test Equipment programmatic experience.
• Experience working US Navy customer.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
