Position: Server

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs during fine dining style catered events.
  • Set up guest and buffet tables with attention to detail, including linens, décor, napkins, plates, and other necessary items.
  • Collaborate with the service team to efficiently participate in event breakdown tasks.
  • Adhere to strict food handling procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professionalism by showing up on time, in uniform, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the event.
  • Be prepared to work in diverse environments, as events can be both indoors and outdoors. This includes being adaptable to different weather conditions.

Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guests have a delightful experience by crafting and delivering exceptional drinks and providing excellent customer service.
  • Check identification to verify age and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all legal requirements and guidelines.
  • Set up and clean the bar before and after each event, maintaining cleanliness during the event according to health department standards.
  • Attend to guests' needs and serve at fine dining style catered events, contributing to an upscale and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the service team to participate in event breakdown tasks, ensuring a smooth conclusion to each event.
  • Show up on time, in uniform, and maintain a positive attitude to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Be prepared to work in various weather conditions, as events may take place both indoors and outdoors.

Position: Event Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspire service team members during events.
  • Verify attendance and ensure team members wear uniforms appropriately at all times.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership by providing regular feedback and coaching to the team. Read the Special Event Order (SEO) to understand event requirements and create a comprehensive plan for the service team.
  • Drive to and from events in a Puff 'n Stuff vehicle alongside the Event Chef.
  • Collaborate with the Event Chef to ensure all items listed on the SEO are loaded and unloaded efficiently.
  • Coordinate the unpacking of catering supplies, event setup, service during the event, and event breakdown. Supervise the repacking of catering supplies with the service team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safe food handling procedures throughout the event.
  • Evaluate service quality during the event, maintaining a positive guest experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold proper etiquette when interacting with guests.

Position: Event Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality food on-site for catered events, including both plated and buffet services.
  • Plate meals according to the precise instructions provided by the Executive Chef and Lead Event Chef.
  • Strictly adhere to safe food handling procedures at all times to ensure the well-being of guests. Demonstrate reliability by showing up on time, in uniform, and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Participate actively in event set-up and breakdown alongside the service team.
  • Be prepared to work in various weather conditions, as events may take place both indoors and outdoors.

Position: Lead Event Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site culinary team members, verify attendance, and verify uniforms are properly worn by the team at all times.
  • Direct unloading and setup of culinary areas and workstations including mobile kitchens.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership, giving the team feedback and coaching regularly.
  • Lead your team to prepare, heat, plate and garnish the correct quantities of food in accordance with the event timeline and Special Event Order (SEO)
  • Ensure the entire team follows safe food handling procedures before, during and after event.
  • Work with Event Supervisor to make sure all necessary food and equipment you need for the event, listed on the SEO, gets loaded on the truck.
  • Drive to and from the event in the company truck with the Event Supervisor.
