The Air & Commercial Solutions market segment is looking for an experience professional to conduct the job responsibilities as follow. Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. This particular role is an exciting role intended to work international contracts, with the potential for travel. That also means that when working with fellow Lockheed Martin teams in different time zones it may or may not have an impact on normal business working hours, and schedules are always negotiable to ensure employee satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
*Extensive Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
*Scheduling tools experience such as MS Project and Open Plan.
*Schedule Metrics generation & reporting.
*Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management. Strong communication & presentation skills.
*Strong Organizational skills. Detail oriented.
*Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
*Effectively interface w/ senior leaders in the organization.
*Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Desired Skills:
*Extensive knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMP) & Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
*Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.
*Open Plan & MS Project skills
*Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
*Cost and Schedule integration w/ regard to EVMS
*Risk & Opportunity Management
*Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
*Ability to obtain a security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
